2-1-1 Broward in partnership with Jewish Adoption and Family Care Options (JAFCO) provides intensive case management services to help families in the special needs system navigate the continuum of care by referring, linking and advocating. Funded by Children’s Services Council and in partnership with JAFCO, parents and caregivers will now have access to an amazing new level of advocacy and support. ELIGIBILITY:

Must be 22 years of age or younger with Autism, Spina Bifida, Intellectual Disability, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Deaf or Hard of Hearing, suffer Visual Impairment, Speech, Language Disorder or, Traumatic Brain Injury.

Call for details. Client must complete a pre-screening with a 2-1-1 Special Needs Specialist.
