ELIGIBILITY:

Parents/caregivers who reside in Broward and have a child with a suspected developmental delay or special needs or behavioral health needs ages birth to 8 years

Parents can self-refer. Screening  will take place over the phone by dialing 2-1-1 or (954) 537-0211
