Dan Marino Foundation – STEP

The program is designed to teach social, communication and employability skills to youth (age 16-21) with disabilities. Students will have the opportunity for paid work in a variety of positions (part time or full time – 30 hours per week, five days per week, six hours a day), Must be able to work successfully in a 1:3 or 1:4 job coach.
